  • The priority filing date for PLUS and Private loans is July 10th. If you apply by this date, you loan should be reflected on your billing statement when you receive it mid July.
  • Your fall semester billing statement will be sent to you and will made available on HokieSPA under the Money Tab.
  • Review the bill and make a plan to pay by the August deadline to avoid late fees and administrative disenrollment.
  • Set up Authorized Payers through HokieSPA so parents/family members can view and pay on your behalf.
  • Make sure your fall bill is fully covered by financial aid, additional loans, a Budget Tuition Plan, or personal/family payment.
